NIPEX AUDIT REQUIREMENTS
NIPEX (Nigerian Petroleum Exchange)

NIPEX (Nigerian Petroleum Exchange) is an electronic one-stop transaction centre that improves on value procurement in the oil and gas industry and institutionalizes world-class contracting processes in Nigeria.

The Nigerian Petroleum Exchange (NipeX) is a Division of NAPIMS, a Corporate Service Unit of NNPC. It is an electronic contracting platform. It is a virtual community and collaborative environment that delivers significant value to all Stakeholders in the Nigerian Upstream Oil and Gas Industry. It links Buyers and Suppliers by establishing industry-wide standards for business transactions, and provides a comprehensive suite of capabilities, which includes a platform for showcasing contract opportunities

NipeX conducts audits during the final stages of the NJQS registration process. These audits apply to new suppliers registering with the Nigerian Petroleum Exchange (NipeX), an NNPC company. Suppliers registering for the first time must complete two (2) types of NipeX audits. The NipeX Desktop Pre-Audit and NipeX Onsite Audit. NipeX means Nigerian Petroleum Exchange.

Upon completion of NipeX Registration Questionnaire, you will receive a mail containing NipeX Desktop Pre-Audit Assessment Requirements. At Desktop Pre-Audit, you are to submit all registration documents via online (email) before you will be scheduled for an onsite audit.
